Objective:
This learnership introduces the foundational competencies of planning, organizing, controlling and leading. Learners will gain understanding of performance measures in the supply chain, the budgeting process, cost control methodologies and problem solving techniques. With this as a foundation, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to control inventory in such a way that operational efficiencies and customer service levels are balanced and optimized.
Outcomes:
At the end of the programme, learners will be able to:

- Applying inventory replenishment and distribution systems
- Discussing the role of inventory in a manufacturing environment.
